At Gala Banquets & Events, we understand that every celebration is unique. That’s why we offer customizable, all-inclusive packages designed to fit your vision, guest count, and budget—so you can arrive as a guest and leave as a guest.


Our packages can include everything you need for a seamless experience in one place: the venue, full décor, catering, bar service, day-of coordination, photography, video, DJ, a professional host, LED dance floor and lasers, security guard, 360 photo booth, an Audio Guest Book, and our 18' x 15' LED screen.


We also offer dedicated private suites (one room for the quinceañera or the bride, and one room for the chambelanes or the groom), plus two rehearsal days at the venue, a menu tasting, a décor preview, and a coordination meeting with our team, so every detail is clear and stress-free before the big day.


Same-Day Booking Incentive
If you decide to book on the same day as your tour/appointment, you can receive an exclusive discount:

  • $2,500 off if your event is taking place this year

Completely satisfied and highly recommended! We celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday in this beautiful venue and were absolutely delighted. The place was spacious, very clean, and decorated with excellent taste. The dance floor, sound system, and lighting made the party spectacular!


The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, especially the event coordinator, whom I thank very much for her invaluable support from the planning stages to the very end of the party. The food was delicious, and all the guests were very happy and delighted with the venue. God bless you always!

The team is unforgettable. Isabel and Gabi are an amazing duo with their staff and chefs. Everyone loved the food from their in-house catering services. It was worth every penny! I recommend it. The caterer in charge is very hospitable and a family man. Wow! This whole venue and team went above and beyond what we asked for.


The decorating by Isabel and Gabi made me cry when I saw it. We wanted a garden look where people could feel like they were in a beautiful garden, and many guests came up to me impressed with their talent. I pray God blesses these ladies with more!


Gabi behind the scenes, and Stephanie and Melissa, who were helping with coordination, were so helpful. Be patient because they are not always on site, but they do get back to you. Plan ahead of time. There were so many family dynamics and cultures in one event, and the whole team was there to serve and make the guests feel welcomed.


We will definitely use them in the future. When we were there, we prayed for everyone as we got ready. We are so thankful we chose Gala for our daughter's Quinceañera. My daughter felt like this was the Quince she envisioned.
